We always endeavour to help out our customers as best we can.
Sometimes stock levels are not accurate. Should your ordered quantities not be available, we will advise you, and work with you to reach an agreeable outcome.
After your order has been processed by us (usually within 24 hours) we will email an invoice and confirmation of your order.
We offer several payment options:
New Zealand:
- Credit Card via Paypal
- Cheque (please allow for clearance times)
- Bank deposit to our Kiwibank account
Australia:
- Credit Card via Paypal
- Bank deposit to our ANZ account.
We use Paypal for credit card transactions as it ensures your safety. Paypal are a payment organisation known and trusted world wide. It means that we don't need to hold your card details, and don't need to be concerned with the associated security issues.
Assuming you have paid for your order, your order will be despatched within 24 hours of the invoice being sent.
Prices are in New Zealand dollars. If you are paying to our Australian Bank Account, an exchange rate of NZ$1.00 = AU$1.00 shall apply.
They will be sent via New Zealand Post, and if to Australia then via Airmail. Using airmail, packages usually take a week to arrive.
